Where the Money Goes

We are really excited about this year's event - Surrender the Booty Bash part 2 - where we will once again be joined by the Seattle Seafair Pirates to raise money for the organizations we support. These organizations include:

· Family Renewal Shelter,

· Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound

· SpanaPark Senior Center

· Parkland First Baptist Church Food Bank

· Spanaway FISH Food Bank

· Parkway Presbyterian Church Food Bank

· Support America's Armed Forces

· Scholarships to graduating seniors from each high school in both the Bethel and Franklin Pierce School Districts

· And numerous other local organizations that are dedicated to serve and have a desire to help others in our community

In addition, with our partnership with the Seafair Pirates, we contribute the their Holiday Treasure Chest program which provides food and gifts to needy families during the holiday season, and they will be extending this program to families located in the Parkland & Spanaway communities.

For our “Raise-The-Paddle” recipient this year, we have chosen the Veterans Golf Course at American Lake VA Hospital. It is our goal to sponsor a hole in the second nine holes that were designed by Jack Nicklaus and are currently in development.
